Cancellation Policy
When you enroll your child in our program, you are reserving space, time, and staffing whether or not your camper attends the program. In order to cancel a session we will use the following deadlines for cancellations. Written Notice Before May 1: If received before May 1, 50% of your registration fee will be refunded. Any program fees that have been paid to date will be refunded. Written Notice After May 1: If received May 1 to May 15, your registration fee is non-refundable. Any program fees that have been paid to date will be refunded. After May 15, no refund will be given on registration or program fees.
